My Mom's Stir-fried Chicken
HI and Assalamualaikum everyone! Badrul's here! And how is everyone doing? So, I just got back from my English Preparatory Program from UniRAZAK. Since my partner has done writing about her favorite dishes, I think that I need to write an entry about mine too, right? *Will upload the picture soon* Without further a due, here it is! Introduce you, My Mom's Stir-fried Chicken. Only God knows how much I love this dish. I had been longing for it for two months before I finally have it again after coming back from the two-months program. Actually, I don't know the real name of this dish in English as I just directly translated it from Malay word 'Ayam Tumis', at least that's how I call it. Firstly, this dish is so special as it is prepared by my mom (obviously though). I have grown with this dish as my mom always cook this dishes almost everyday. Still, this same dish never makes me bored. It is something you will not find in any other restaurant. N
